We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on RELAYER. If you change your mind, contact us within 14 calendar days of your purchase for a full refund. This guarantee applies even if you have activated or used the product.

After a refund

When a full purchase refund is issued, the refunded licence is cancelled and its key is revoked. You must stop using RELAYER under that licence; an offline saved activation does not give permission to continue using a refunded licence. You retain ownership of audio and projects you created, and may continue using audio lawfully created before the refund, subject to any third-party rights. Cancellation does not remove accrued rights or remedies under consumer law.

Try RELAYER before you buy

RELAYER also includes a free seven-day trial so you can explore its sound and features before purchasing. The trial starts automatically on first use and does not automatically become a paid purchase. If you experience technical issues, we are happy to help, but troubleshooting is not a condition of claiming your 14-day money-back guarantee.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits those rights. You may still be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy after 14 days if RELAYER fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee.

How to request a refund

To request your refund, email hello@bightaudio.com within 14 days of purchase with your receipt or other proof of purchase. Including your order number and the email address used at checkout helps us find your order. Refund requests received within that period qualify even if processing takes longer. Eligible refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record; the time for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and bank.
